Allen Krughoff

Allen Krughoff moved to Boulder with his family at the age of 13 from the midwest and has been making the most of his time here ever since.  His cycling career got a kickstart with the Specialized Junior Factory Team in the high school days, then through the CU Cycling Team in college, and the past few seasons with Team Rio Grande to compete at the professional level on the national road circuit.  As his professional photography business, Hardcastle Photography, grew almost as quickly as his love of cyclocross – a change was in order to manage both passions.  Less time on the road with stage races meant more time with commercial photography clients, an opportunity to coach the Boulder Junior Cycling Cyclocross Team, and the chance to race for Boulder Cycle Sport at the local and national level – banging bars with some of the top ‘crossers in the country.  Allen plans to bring his dedication, enthusiasm and professional focus to the cyclocross scene here in Boulder and beyond as a member of the Boulder Cycle Sport Ambassador Team.
